I don't understand how this movie could possibly have a 70% user score. It's really bad and not in any kind of good way. As much as I like Wesley Snipes he can't bring it up that high alone. Watch it once out of curiosity when there is nothing else to watch.
**One** decent actor and **one** genuinely cool sequence in the third act does not balance the mess left by the other 90% of _The Recall_, but it's something.
_Final rating:★★ - Had some things that appeal to me, but a poor finished product._
